About the Guest
Dave Hutcheson is a former fire chief who spent 35 years in the profession. He retired in 2022. "Hutch" rose from volunteer firefighter to lead a team of more than 500 firefighters in the City of Virginia Beach. He now serves on Virginia Beach City Council.
