1. As someone who started their career in finance, would you say that it could the skills you learned be something valuable for different fields not just building businesses?
2. What do some of the skills that high school students may learn while being in an internship for the NBA?
Ethics: If your friend wants a social media job opportunity but you learn about a job opening first, do you have an obligation to let your friend know or should you keep the information to yourself and apply for the position?
In my opinion I would have informed my friend about the opportunity. I would have made this decision as one of us getting the position could help the other person down the line.
I think if you were such a good candidate your friend wouldn’t intimidate you to the point of you feeling like you should hide the opportunity as in the future if you didn’t get the position but a new one opened, your friend could help you with a better chance of securing that spot.
